Grain Sensor

 LX designed a bespoke solution for monitoring temperature and humidity inside of grain bunkers.

By leveraging the LX IoT Cores platform consisting of configurable hardware, embedded firmware libraries, LoRa connectivity, IoT cloud backend, and a web based dashboard frontend – a customised trial solution was deployed that provided regular updates to a dashboard of temperature and humidity readings at the sensor locations, as well as delayed motion events detected by the sensor.

The battery powered device that is inserted into the grain bunker contains a LoRa radio, STM32 microcontroller, low power temperature, humidity air pressure sensors and an accelerometer.
