CloudPhone is a simple to use, one-touch voice controlled smartphone.

It aims to increase care for the world’s growing ageing population by integrating with a cloud-based care system so families can communicate with their ageing family members simply and easily. The phone also captures analytics to help monitor health and movement at home and improve safety when on the go.

LX developed the embedded hardware for the system, which consists of cellular based duress pendant hardware with GPS and WiFi location and on board analytics support. LX also developed the firmware drivers and test stubbs for the system.
